Word For The Day

Skibbles: A hard-shelled, fruit-flavored candy more commonly known as Skittles.

Example of Usage: Elle decided that she wanted some Skittles and called Daddy at work to get some. But she called them Skibbles and told Daddy he was wrong when he tried to correct her. Daddy went to the store and bought Elle some Skibbles.

Frankly, I think it's a better name for them.

Skibbles....ah, yes...the hard, fruit flavored candy that leaves your mouth craving gallons and gallons of water. (They make me REALLY thirsty for some reason.)

The fact that you went to the store and got her some is adorable. I have this great mental image of Elle correcting you on your pronunciation while snatching the colorful bag away from you. Geesh...parents just don't understand...hahaha.

I love it. Thanks for sharing!
